Annie, the founder of The Atlas Expeditions, has journeyed to over 90 countries—quite an extraordinary feat! From adventurous solo backpacking trips across Central America in her twenties to memorable vacations with friends and family in her thirties, Annie’s travels have evolved over the years. In her forties, she’s embraced a new chapter, exploring the world alongside her children and spouse. Though traveling with kids comes with its own set of challenges, it also sparks curiosity, fosters deep connections, and creates lifelong memories.

For the past two years, Annie, her husband, and their two young boys (ages 6 and 8) have been living in and traveling through Europe. Prior to that, they spent two years exploring Asia. Currently, they’re embarking on adventures in their own backyard—the United States. With a background in Global Studies, Annie is passionate about offering practical tips for immersing in different cultures and making family trips truly unforgettable.

Her mission? To inspire families to explore the world together, connect with diverse cultures, and create those precious, tender moments that build lasting memories.
